Quorum & Voting: A quorum consists of a majority of total active members. Members may vote in person or by filing a written proxy with the Corporate Secretary before the scheduled meeting.
Board Meetings: Regular Board of Trustees meetings are held monthly, with options for remote communication (videoconferencing/teleconferencing).
